Geographic Distribution: Is found between 1550 -2500 m above sea level in mountain forest and in rural area on the embankment and talus.

Botanical Description

Grabrous liana of several meter of height, sometimes  a shrub of 2-3 m of height. Branches are not hollow and bear thorns. The leaves are opposite with quadrangle petioles.  Cymose panicles close together but seemingly loose. The flowers are white or purple,

The leaves are used to treat poisoning.
